I'm doing IGCSE's and I take the following: Maths
    English Lang
    English Lit
    Religious Studies

I am predicted A/A* in all of these subjects but recently I dropped chemistry after my school advised me to because my grades in the subject were poor. I am still doing the triple science course with Edexcel for the other two sciences, I don't want to do anything science related at university (history or economics). Will my lack of chemistry be a problem at all for university applications?

No. But I don't think your school should be pressuring you to drop a subject. You say you don't want to study science at university, but there is a chance you might change your mind over the next two years.

Unless you want to do Chemistry at A level, which you don't, that's fine.
