Which of the four universities would you choose?

Hello everyone, I am an international student and have offers from the following universities: Edinburgh, St.Andrews, UCL and Manchester. I am thinking about visiting all of them but it would be pretty expensive so I might end up having to make the decision without actually going there. I know that most people living in England will have more information about the unis and how good they are in computer science. I would like to ask you which two would you choose and why if you were in my position?

Full disclosure: I'm at UCL so take my opinions as you will.
I'd say UCL is the best (surprise, surprise), followed by Edinburgh. Then St Andrews then Manchester. I'd pick them in that order.

They're all top universities academically.

Their geographical situations are quite different.

London is a huge multicultural noisy great expensive city obviously.

Manchester and Edinburgh are regular cities, but Edinburgh is beautiful and historic compared with Manchester, which I think is cheaper.

St Andrews is a small town, and very isolated from the rest of the country. Very pretty by the sea but not a lot of life around.
