I get so angry when I get questions wrong on past papers watch

    If you got them all right, it wouldn't be very good revision. They tell you where you're going wrong and what to focus on :cute:

    That is a very good point. But you see, anger is not controlled by the reasoning part of our brain.
    I guess I need anger management more than anything aha.

    First of all get a stress ball! Have you ever highlighted past papers with different colours, so you can visually see what you're getting right and wrong? I find that really helpful,being able to see my strengths! It also highlights what topic areas you struggle on, sometimes a few wrong questions are linked to the same thing!

    I can sympathise. Get angry if you want, punch a pillow or something...but afterwards, just try your best to reflect on why you got it wrong. Were you concentrating fully? Did you not know the necessary information? Did you not read the question carefully enough? Etc. I find breaking stressful things down into logical/evaluable parts to be quite useful.
