# Maths surds question watch

1. can someone pls give me some help
the question is this :
solve giving x in the form A(rootB) + C where A,B and C are rational numbers
root3 times X = X + root 3
The answer is 1/2 root 3 + 3/2, i really don't know how to get to that.

i cant believe it, i as soon as i went back to the desk i solved it in a few seconds, it was so easy, i think it was because ive been doing questions for hours that my brain wasnt functioning properly,lool, thanks anyway
