    £600,000 and at the rate it's been increasing I'm fairly sure it'll be reaching £700,000 by the end of next year. Good for parents, but not good for a prospective first-time buyer in the next decade.

    My aspiration is to own a home by 2030. Is it looking possible? No.

    157k which is a fantastic price for such a large house. Probably value was run down by the masses of students. Professionals and families don't want to live here in any more, can't say I blame them.
