    Plus any fashion tips
Hi the main advice i can give you is

Diet: make sure your not restricting yourself- if you feel hungry after 3 balanced meals a day snack on veg- hummus is good with this, and fruits.

Fashion- if your boobs are out your but shouldn't be and vice versa. look at your body shape (e.g. pear) and find clothes that suit it.

(if you want to lose weight look at your diet, if its filled with junk food e.g. crisps, start with that- don't go to the extreme and restrict loads of food. if you are eating relatively healthy try HIIT exercises - just search for these and loads will come up- they are quick but good for burning calories- again make sure not to go over board.)

Social and Mind: if you have bad relationships get rid of them- they will drag you down and make you depressed (I know)- the are toxic relationships. if you feel you can't escape them yet try writing down what they do wrong to you- if this is a lot it will increase your confidence in leaving them- it did with me when i had very toxic friends.

Work- get things done early and try to free up time at the weekends and holidays so you can do whatever you want- if yo get in this habit it will become second nature and will really help if you go to uni in the future- it reduces stress.

social media- if you can't go to bed or sleep without looking at it you may be using it too much- try to get enough sleep and don't let it impact everything else.
