Whenever you want to and feel comfy with it, not because the other person expects it . Stop worrying about what he thinks and focus on what you want.

There is no set time. We're in 2016, women no longer need to feel oppressed by society's pressure on them. If you want to sleep with this guy on the first date, then do it. Resisting your urge to sleep with him just because of society's pressure goes against the core beliefs of feminism. You're a woman and you're free to make your own decisions.

    The core truth.
Do as you wish and what makes you comfortable. Whenever you sleep with him will be judged regardless. We judge, form opinions and analyse things every day it's what we do as living beings. We have brains, we're not mindless robots, or are we?

Anyway, it depends how much you care what he thinks of you in the long run, if you sleep with him now he won't like you any less I'm sure but you're thinking about what you want in the long term.

The length of time you've been speaking to him for is more than enough time and certainly longer than probably half the amount of people do before having sex with the partner.

However, maybe you should see him in the person a few more times as interacting online and in person are two different things.
Again, it depends what you care about.

    Also, you're only 19.
