I imagine many of you/many of your schools use ESPO brand workbooks to write in. I've been wondering about getting a fountain pen and my main worry is that the paper in these books isn't suitable for fountain pen ink. Can anyone prove me right/wrong? Thanks

dunno what my school books used to be but they were okay with my old fountain pen. It can be a pain though to write with depending on your writing style and how you hold a pen, I'd end up either smudging my work or getting the majority of the ink on my hand and then making ink prints on the paper.
