Did anybody use Math (application of number) and/or English (communication) key skills at level 2 to get into uni? This is equivalent to GCSE Math and/or English grade C and above.

Not really, some universities will take Level 3 for UCAS points but inj most cases if they want GCSE they mean GCSE. When I did my Communications (english) Level 3 exam it was so easy it was just a p*ss take. Universities know this.

my school was useless with key skills level two. im not sure if its the same thing as you're talking about but we did key skills level two in ICT. Firstly the school lost a few portfolios, then they didnt bother sending the others off. Then we sat a multiple choice exam in january and the results never turned up. grrr.

I saw some uni's accept level 2 key skills in math and/or english as an alternative to GCSE English and/or Math grade C and above. Not quite sure if all uni's would do that.

I am quite worried if I don't have GCSE English grade C and above...
