Assaulting people isn't a view! It's a crime. As is threatening people. I have never threatened anyone, no. I've never threatened to commit violence/crime on anyone. And I also said not all of them are kids.
Yet when my housemate was showing people pictures of nudes sent to him, not one guy in a house of six said anything against it. That's a majority to me.
A majority that accepts the fact that other men think of women as own-able, even if they don't agree with it themselves.
What does your house mate showing people nude pics have to do with rape? Nothing wrong with showing people of mature age adult content. If you don't like it speak up and say you don't want to see it, this has nothing to do with rape.

You said "Why do you think men are avoiding us now" and I believe it is because the realise how a accusation alone can ruin their life even if there is no evidence

Yes, but not here of course. I think it is because they wish to avoid thinking, they wish to avoid discovering the truth of themselves, and they can also avoid thinking by coming here with a purely emotional response..

Bird has introduced a lot of the statistics. I believe that the best informed in the UK are The NSPCC, at least where it concerns the under eighteens, likely because this group are the most trusted. They are certainly the most important group. Their statistics are published. My posts are all back?? Madison, my 24 yr old lodger, was raped, beaten, even had attempts on her life, but has complained officially to nobody. This for fear of her former, a psychopath, losing the children to care. I`d prefer the care option, but 1`m not their mother.

Mad would have complained to the judge in Family Court, two years back now, but this man refused to hear any of her evidence. There was a £16000 exchange made on his behalf, which won him a house, and he went on to regularly rape Mad,despite her no longer living with him. This was handed out in return for the lives of her children. This guy, he`s a narcissistic psychopathic "killer" was too smart for a judge, and has a massed following of male friends. You find a lot of professional idiots (too much sociology) around family court proceedings, and Mad`s current boyfriend is unfortunately one as well.

In India I would say there is. Can't think of any other countries as mainstream as that, probably are some, but there have been lots of high profile infamous cases and some of the quotes of the rapists are sickening :erm:
I am an Indian myself and have visited India on various occasions and would like to enlighten you a bit on the facts. There is no such thing as rape culture in India and rape is a punishable offence.

Do you even know the definition of culture?
A culture is a way of life of a group of people--the behaviors, beliefs, values, and symbols that they accept, generally without thinking about them, and that are passed along by communication and imitation from one generation to the next.

I can say for a fact raping women is not a way of life in India and nor do Indians believe that rape is right so they do not accept that generally without thinking.

Yes there is. Rape is illegal in the West but that doesn't mean there is no rape culture. Just like how hate crime and racism are illegal but there is still racism around.

It exists for both men and women because when men report a rape they are humiliated and labelled as weak. For women when they report it, they are often asked what they were wearing by the police officers and sometimes by their friends. Many universities in the US also strongly discourage women from reporting on campus rape and sometimes just say 'boys will be boys' or that it will damage the reputation of, for example, the basketball or football team.

It also exits in that there are so many threats made to journalists online about raping them. It is deemed acceptable to make such threats. I don't mean the ones where its just like 'I hope you get raped' because that is like saying 'I hope you get murdered'. I am talking about the ones where they reveal the addresses' of the journalists.

It exits because at university there are groups of students who congratulate each other if they find out that one of their friends used drugs to rape someone.

Also for those saying that cat calling is not sexual assault (typically male since you do not know how it feels like pretty much), imagine this: You are a straight male and not interested in men at all. You walk past a construction site trying to get to school at age 13. You are fully covered. You walk past the site and a group of men start whistling, telling you to smile, saying 'hey beautiful suck my ****''. You are not attracted to these men at all, they are aggressive and in a large group. They are twice your age. You ignore them and they shout at you to 'appreciate the compliment they just gave you'. You continue walking and it happens again. Next day again. Outside shops, in a market, in a grocery store - you have random strangers approach you in an aggressive way. You are just trying to get home.

That is how it feels like. There are many men who would instantly flip out and go mental if another man tried hitting on them or gave them a compliment on the street. That is how it feels when a woman gets cat called. It is unwanted attention with often sexual undertones. It is not simply a man coming up to saying 'hey, just wanted to say you're beautiful!'. That is fine because it is not intimidating and if you shrug it off they won't verbally assault you after. When men are in groups and they laugh amongst each other after asking you to pleasure them, it is uncomfortable and it IS sexual assault.

So part 1 of that post all men are rapists they may not actually rape but they want to.
Not true go outside find some normal people.

A court has rules regarding evidence so if you are suggesting that the judge ignored important evidence which is admissible evidence I would recommend appealing the judgement.

By a £16000 exchange made I am guessing you mean payment and not bribing a judge but that is a area of law called property law if you feel it was applied incorrectly look to appeal but how does this show a rape culture?

Was he too smart or was the law just on his side on the issues that the court was dealing with?

A man has friends that is proof of rape culture men shouldn't have friends.

Lots of professional idiots that must be why women gain custody in most cases.

And women don't make comments when they are together about men?

In the us colleges are getting sued for not giving the accused due process and just kicking them out of accommodation and such before any hearing or proof being presented.

I've never. Heard anyone congratulate anyone for how they raped somebody once again if these are the people you know then you need to go meet some normal people and why not report them if you know about it?

2 points on the what were you wearing:
No one in the legal system would ask that to demean the victim they would ask that as it may contain evidence.
Look at the outrage about the Spanish judge it is accepted asking things like that.

You are responding to everything in a total vacuum. The better approach would have been one of you asking me questions, as it is impossible for you to genuinely think you have the answers without any background information. You already know I`m not stupid, we are on a small fraction of full communication by this source,, so questions really are the best approach!

I`ll give you more information, ask questions, and conclude when you know what`s happening. We don`t know whether the £16000 exchange was legal, and we don`t know whom received it, likely his lawyer nephew. What we do know is that no family court social workers have ever come across huge sums of money being exchanged in a family court. Yes, I believe I know why Mad`s evidence/case/side (it`s not criminal court) was not heard, but whatever the reason it should be considered unlawful, and may indeed be so.

The reasons why she did n`t go straight back: She spent around the first year basically focusing on how she might kill herself, you have a three month window to make your complaint - She was suffering from, and still is to a degree, shell shock come post traumatic, and the symptoms of having been psychologically tortured, attempts on her life had been made. It`s two years on, and yes, I support her now as the experts should have previously, and in a year from now I believe she`ll be ready, with my support, to confront him again in court. She has been reluctant to make any formal complaints for fear that her children may go into care - The system still thinks she`s not fit to mother. The truth is that she is likely a better mother than those that judge her, and that her mental state back then was transient. There is a support structure but as know body had known anything she was n`t offered it.The process of her recovery is a slow one because she is left alone to get on with it, to play happy families with the killer. Her court order to see the children is next to worthless, and I think she`s ready to make that particular complaint now. His psychology concerns me here, and I`ve advised her to do nothing until such time as she is ready to do everything. Let`s hope that they are still all alive then.

Family court procedure is full of holes, and "experts" that think they know you merely on account of your social group, a group to which as an individual you owe absolutely nothing. They are likely into ageism too.

Let`s work together.it`s not a competition, I`m male, but I think like a female, and you are female, yes, we are in the same team.

Explain your rape culture point??? - His friends, like the judge, wont be aware of his nature, he`s a psychopath, he`s the master of deception. There`s other points I don`t follow but am short on time.

By large I wouldn't say there is a public rape culture in eastern countries. It's still a highly abhorrent crime in those area's, if not more so than in the west. In many eastern countries it's often seen as a crime worse than murder!

However the main difference it how the gauge men and womens guilt concerning the act and women are still seen as property. That means many men, despite opposing rape, still believe it is okay to rape their own 'property'. Even then still the minority commit it and it's extremely questionable to call it a rape culture per se.

By comparison certain parts of africa you could almost certainly agree something resembling a rape culture exists. But then I don't think an in depth study in mens opinions on the matter in africa really exist. The main reason I resist using rape culture in these situations is the sociological examples given to explain rape culture is aimed mostly at the western world. Certain parts of the definition definitely do not fit into eastern or african cultures, for example rape being used as an extreme form of punishment akin to capital punishment would not fit into rape culture.

Women do that too you know? Does that mean women think they own the guys body?
You keep assuming this rape culture is only about crime against women! Of course it isn't. When women show people private pictures of men OR women, or vice versa, that is another example of our rape culture!
When women grope men in nightclubs, it is just as bad as when a man gropes a woman.
Rape culture does not equal rape against women.
You seem to be dismissing it based on the fact that women are guilty too of rape culture, but that just enforces the fact that it permeates every gender, every part of society.

But that's not rape culture

You don't rape someone by sharing sexual or sexually suggestive photo's. In reality it's an extreme form of gossiping.

*Sigh* The reality is it's exactly the same as people gossiping about they physical attributes of people they've slept with. You're not going to stop men comparing womens breast sizes they've slept with, or women comparing mens penis sizes.

Revenge porn however is technically completely different and is illegal. It's not a practise I really understand. However pertaining it to be a man claiming ownership of a womans body is very hardcore feminism with serious gaps in the underlying logic.

lol you just sound like another feminist looking to create a world where you are viewed as a female who is a victim none of these subtleties you mention have anything to do with rape. You don't live in this society/world having the right not to ever happen to encounter things you may find offensive or not to your taste, so really all you need to do is grow up.

If rape culture does exist in the west (which really doesn't exist) feminists created it , in my view the only form of rape culture that exists in the west is the institutionalised rules of bias imposed in law by feminists who think it is right to strip a men of his children and children of their fathers that's the real so called rape culture going on.

Don't send nude pictures to people assuming they won't share them to people, understand the possiblity of it being exposed it's your own fault as a person if you take such a risk. Instead now you feminists want to create further laws that protect you from your own stupidity. It's like you will never understand that what you do is your responsibility and what you choose to do may also have bad consequences, so you need daddy government to punish others for your mistake.

Please stop trying to deny that India has a rape problem. By far the country that seems to pop up many times with rape/gang rape problems is India. Perhaps it's not a rape culture but there is certainly something wrong in Indian society for this to be happening to so many women.

I would connect this Indian problem to the same problem that happened in the Rotherham case , these men from these countries have little respect for women and it seems with India it's not just the foreign woman that gets raped but women who are of India themselves.
