UCL Psychology with Education and LSE Social Anthropology, which one to choose?

I have received un-con from both. Both are undergraduate. The UCL one is under its institute of education(IOE). I have conflicted for long but still not able to give up either crisply. Please give me some advice! Thank you!

Make a pros and cons list  is there a particular career you want to get into ?

Personally, I would pick LSE. Both universities are good, but it depends on what you want to do career wise and what prospects will you have once you graduate.

Hello xuyixuanpbs! I am currently a third year anthropology student studying at LSE. While I can't give you much insight into anthropology at UCL, I can tell you some of the reasons why I LOVE studying at LSE:

- the anthropology department is very warm and welcoming (we even have a weekly tea party where you can eat homemade cakes/ drink tea and most importantly socialise with fellow anthropology students)
- the teachers here are super helpful!! They have office hours every week where you can go and have a chat/ ask questions etc
- we have our own anthropology library (trust me this is very useful when it comes to revision time!)
- LSE as a whole is a great place to study- you meet lots of interesting people from all sorts of backgrounds

One thing that can possibly help you narrow down your choice is that LSE focuses on SOCIAL anthropology whilst UCL is more broad...

Hope this helped and congratulations on your offer from both LSE and UCL!
