    Hi does anyone know of an expirement I could dip to see if my pulse rate is typical of my age

    They key phrase here is 'typical of my age'

    It would be most logical to take a cohort of people of your age, and test their pulse rates. Give an average, maybe do some confidence intervals, and that's it!
