    Hi

I work for an engineering company that had just 3 employees including myself. One is the boss who is only in my work a couple times a week and only for an hour or 2 at a time and the other recently left before Christmas. I'm currently in the 4th year of my apprenticeship and have been put in charge of the workshop so i am there myself doing all the manual work as well as taking phone calls and dealing with customers. Is this allowed as i'm not yet qualified?

I'm not sure of the legalities. Are you concerned you are out of your comfort zone?
Have you got a contract you could read over to see if here are supposed to be restrictions?
