Hi
I need to apply for compelling personal reasons for my student finance as i have had 2 years worth of funding before and am starting again.
What do i need to do? I've seen it mentioned to send a covering letter but can't seem to find out any more than this!
Do i still apply online as usually then send in a letter? If so where to and what should the contents be?
Help please!

Hi craftyjem
You would need to first submit the new application. You can do this online or by sending the paper form.
Please then send a cover letter by post to state what your compelling personal reasons are with evidence as proof of it.
Thanks
