Hi,Basically, I'm currently in the process of applying for my student finance and I was just wondering whether or not I'd be considered a uk national or not. I was born here and I have my birth certificate to prove it however I don't have a uk passport I have a Portuguese one. Can anyone let me know what I should do.
    Thank you

    Hi AnneSofia

If you have 5 years residence in the UK you can apply as home student.

    Thanks
