I eat rice nearly every day as well, maybe less since I've moved to England but it wasn't uncommon for me to go a week eating rice each day before. Do you not have a specific type you eat?

I have rice twice a day most of the time, sometimes 3 lol. I like Basmati with chicken but I prefer refined white with fish curry, especially if it's sauce heavy. I quite like easy cook brown rice too, it's kind of between regular brown and refined white, best of both worlds. And I sometimes have brown basmati just to mix it up. My Mum has even given me my own rice cooker because I'm so fussy The only rice I don't eat much of is wild rice.

In order for me it's Basmati > White = Easy Cook Brown > Basmati Brown >>> Wild

Having said that being a Bengali I mainly eat fish and as a result white rice is typically what I opt for

    Risotto

Takes on loads of flavour but still has bite. That being said it's basmati in the pan right now because it's a curry night.
