Hello, I am an 18 year old Indian girl and I am pregnant. I am in love with my partner. I am so so stuck because I can't hide anything now. Im going to have a baby! My family think I am not in communication with him anymore, I need help I need some sort of guidance because he wouldn't understand situations with family as much as another Indian would, someone help me when my mum found out about him she was crying all day and night and she just cares about what the other family will say. My father was very angry and upset too. I am just so stuck

Ah man, I really feel for you, OP What a predicament to be in!

I guess before anyone can advise you, a few questions:

    1. Does your partner know you're pregnant and if yes, is he intending to stand by and support you?

    2. Do you want to keep the baby and if so, will your partner continue to be your partner? (Some guys issue ultimatums because they don't want the baby)

    3. What would happen if your parents found out that you were pregnant (presumably) outside of marriage, by someone who's not from your culture?

    Big hugs :jumphug:

    Hello friend,
Yes he knows and is very supportive, he will stand by me through it all
I want to keep it I don't want to abort my child but I'm worried that I'm getting so depressed over it that I'm going to start hating the baby.
They will smack me up and pressure me to have an abortion they will want me to get out n be on the street because I won't want to abort the child

If your family know about this relationship and don't want to continue don't go for it anymore.
