I'd love to become a teacher after studying PPE at Winchester University this September, but what sort of PGCE would I be able to take? I'd love to do either Humanities (history, RE etc) or maybe Business if possible.

A levels include: Applied Business (A), English Combined (D), Philosophy (D)

Depends on what modules you took. Generally you need 50% of your degree to be in a curriculum subject to do a PGCE. Did you specialise in one particular subject, or did you study all three equally?
