Kids as young as 13 are being taught how to shoot a rifle and how to distinguish an infidel from a believer.

Do you think these kids better off killed or rehabilitated?

    Silly question.

You can't rehabilitate them if you have no control over them. You can only get that if they either run away from their captives, or get captured in the fighting. It's not some sort of choice we currently have?

To rehabilitate them we need to capture them (if they don't run away from ISIS), and capturing them means the use of violence which means that kids that resist will get killed.

Do you mean in western countries or on the front line in countries like Iraq and Syria?

On the front line there's not a lot you can do, and chances are they're going to end up dead, either from ground fighting or from airstrikes. Or in a vehicle suicide bomb, which ISIS regularly use to begin an assault.

If they're posing a real/imminent threat to innocents then unfortunately they have to die. Otherwise they should be rehabilitated once (if) the region is stabilised.

At the minute they need to die we are in no position to try to rehabilitate them in the future then we may possibly be able to help them but if we leave them it will cause problems at a later date.

Brainwashed kids can be rehabilitated. That said, in the UK you are legally culpable over the age of 10, so 13 year olds aren't immune to the law

Your post needs significant clarification before I can submit an adequate response.
