I have a PGCE. Does that mean I am ineligible for the Postgraduate Loan Scheme? I have seen that if you have a post grad qualification equal to a Masters you are ineligible. I have also seen that if you have any post grad qualification you are ineligible. I have been told my PGCE is level 6 and a Masters Level 7. So can I claim a Postgraduate Loan? Thanks

As far as I know, a PGCE is not considered a "full master's" so you should be able to get a postgraduate loan.

Hi LynneDB

A PGCE will not be counted as an equivalent level qualification and will not affect your application for a postgraduate loan.

Thanks

Why wouldn't you turn to teachers if you were being bullied?
