    Symptoms
    1) Frequent back pains
    2) Sometimes sudden lower cramps (not often, mind)
    3) Growing pains
    4) Smelly feet? ( heard this could be to do with hormones)
    5) Mood swings???
    6) AA bra ( although signs of further (QUICKER) development is showing!)

Thanks. Trust me, i'm embarrased as you are..

The back pain, cramping low down and mood swings are all symptoms of PMS (pre-menstrual syndrome), so it's possible that your first period is on its way. Perhaps you could wear a liner just in case

Your next period could be on the way, however you could be assuming every little thing is indicating it is. Wear a liner and carry pads around to be safe, maybe tell your mum what's going on if you haven't already.

Probably PMS. I remember my first period, it was horrendous. Did go from a 30AA to 32A within a few weeks after though.

It lasts for a couple of days I think. It's been years since I've had it, I get all the horrible pain during my period now.

For me PMS can last for 1-2 weeks, it's usually at its worst a few days before my period starts though
