moby lyrics (why does my heart feel so bad)

right...

had a debate with the girlfriend the other day about the lyrics to this song.

obviously there's the bit which goes 'why does my heart feel so bad; why does my soul feel so bad'.

then there's the high pitched bit - i thought it said something like 'feel all alone'. she thought it was something about 'hearts and bone'.

i've checked the lyrics on the internet and they all say it says 'these open doors'. having listened to the song again, there's no way this can be right.

can anybody shed some light on the situation?

I always thought it was 'keep holding on'. :p:

i can't hear anything about doors! actually, it seems like there's a 'd' in some of the phrases and an 'l' in others. argggh why do i even care about the lyrics to a moby track!?

i thought it was 'if i'd have known...' sort of sounds like 'if i'd've known...' ye.

edit: try listening to it through headphones...?

It sounds like 'leave open doors'

EDIT: Yeah it sounds right 'These open doors'

but that makes no sense.

i think maybe the whole point is that it sounds kinda like 'feel all alone' and 'keep holding on' (i would go with the latter anyway)
Heeeeeeeeeeeeal open doors (mobys mate)
