    I randomly keep getting these and physically start to cringe. It adds to my stress levels and I just don't know how to get rid of it.

    Does anyone have this/ use to have this?

    When I am stressed, yes. I use TV/music to drown i out quite successfully, or rain sounds when I am trying to sleep.

    Ugh, reading this just reminded of something that happened today.
