Has anyone applied to Lidl and had a group interview?

Been doing a bit of research online, and haven't found a huge amount of info so far.

I am quite comfortable with the type of questions generally asked at one to interviews for this type of position, just wondered if anyone had any more specific details of what might be involved in the 'group' format? Not sure if it's likely to be more scenarios/role-playing customer service etc?

    Any feedback appreciated.

You will probably have to do a group team building task to assess your teamwork skills - the task itself wont be important, its more about how you communicate and interact with the other members of your team and stick to your specific roles in the team

You might have to stand up and introduce yourself, say a bit about your interests, what you currently do and why you are applying for the job

You will likely be made to watch videos / presentations about the company and what is like to work for them

And finally you might have a 1-1 interview, however, they might do this another day if you are successful

    Hope this helps

This is the type of thing I was expecting. Is this from a Lidl interview you've had, or just for group interviews in general?

    Thanks for your reply.
