This happens to me too, and when I'm really nervous my mouth goes dry as well haha. I'm not sure how to stop it from happening though

Yeh, this used to happen to me a lot. The way i got over it was to simply keep doing things like speaking in front of the class, to large groups of people etc. also, the more prepared you are the less likely you will go red, as you can be more confident in what you are saying. Now when i have to do them, i get way less nervous than i used to and rarely go red, admittedly i still go red if something embarrassing happens though.
Also, if someone tells me im going red i will get redder, for example i can be perfectly relaxed and not red at all and my boyfriend will go 'you're going red!' (as a joke) and i will actually go red haha

Alsooo, if you can just blame the redness on heat or something

This used to happen to me and I really hated it but I've managed to get it under control now... I just try not to think about it
