I received an interview for Edinburgh Napier tomorrow, but I've decided that I have no intention of going there anymore as I've received an unconditional from my first choice uni, and if I decided to go to the interview anyway it would be really inconvenient as it takes a lot of time and effort to even get there...is it a bad idea withdrawing the application the day before an interview?

If you have no intention of going there, don't go!
It would be polite to email/phone to say that you have accepted an offer so won't be attending.
Well done on your unconditional place.
