Hey, I have started my GCSE mock exams this week and I believe that I did worse than before due to stress. During exam I can not focus and I feel very scared of thoughts that I will not pass it & not get into the sixth form... Has anyone else experienced it and know anything that could help me? Thanks

Make sure you know the content, so that way you can walk into the exam feeling confident and stressfree. Prepare your self for what they can ask.

Make sure you've studied and tried past papers. Also make sure you're spending time exercising, sleeping and eating well as these can lower your stress levels. Try to breathe slowly as well, and remember excellence is not being the best, it is doing your best.
