What is your weirdest mobile call?

Where's the most surprising place you've heard a phone ring?

A British climber has set a world record by making two mobile phone calls from the summit of Mount Everest.

To make the call at the summit, 8,848 metres, Mr Baber had to contend with high winds and temperatures of -30 degrees.

The call was made to a voicemail account created by sponsor Motorola to ensure the attempt was recorded.

Where is the most surprising place you've received a mobile signal? Where is the most inappropriate place you've heard a phone ring? Tell us about your embarrassing mobile experiences.

There was a video circulating around school of a girl doing something... odd... yes, odd, with her mobile. It, err, rang when she was doing this odd thing. Yucky.

Doesn't really fit the title, but it amuses me. When me and my dad are working on the farm in the summmer, we try and avoid leaving the cab (Air Con!) so we ususally end up pulling up next to each other, and calling each other to chat. Its lazy, but an amusing sight!

Once me and a mate were out and a phone box rang! I've always wanted to answer one, there's so much mystery with the whole thing [who the hell would ring a phone box?] especially after seeing Phone Booth. Unfortunately me and the mate both fought to pick it up but it rang off by the time we did! Argh!

I had my phone ring in a lesson once, I adorned a very critical frown, disapproving to a fault, and then sighed, and then got my phone out, said SORRY!

Everyone thought it was hilarious, I was just being a sarcastic bastard.

Er... well i had one during sex :s-smilie: Dunno if that counts. I was still having sex whilst talking to my ex on the mobile (weird situation I know, but we're still very close). :p:

A guy on my course's text tone is one of the guys from Team American saying 'Aaah, Durka durka!', hilarious everytime it goes off in a lecture!
