    Hi,
I'm in the process of applying for my student finance 2016/2017 as I'll be starting uni in september. Basically, my mum and dad aren't together anymore, but this is fairly recent so the tax year that's assessed (2014/2015?) will show them as together and their income as joint. However, within about a month they will be living separately and my mum's income will be what I'm using for my application. So, what I need to know is how I go about re-applying with this years tax info etc. that will show me as living just with my mum.
Any advice or suggestions will be greatly appreciated as I'm a bit stuck with it all.
    Thanks!

If it's just your mum you're living with, it'll be her income from 20114/15, regardless of their living situation last year.
