I have a blood test tomorrow.

Last time I had one I fainted when walking out the room and banged my head.

It is a fasting one which means I can't eat anything 12 hours before so I will feel weak anyway.

Is there any way not to faint again? Anyone know the reason why I fainted?

No. I'm pretty sure the doctor /nurse can fill you in.

Take something to eat and a bottle of water with you that you can have once you leave. I almost fainted once after a blood test and the nurse was lovely enough to give me some of her lunch which made me feel better almost immediately.

Take time to sit down and take it slow once it's over, you'll be fine!

Probably best not to stand up immediately afterwards.
