    Hypothesis:
The more exercise you do, the quicker you muscles fatigue.

    Equipments:
    Stopwatch
    50m length track
    Paper

    Method:
Get the racer to the start position of the race track. Get another person to shout 'Go' and start the stopwatch when the racer start running. When he gets to the end, stop the stopwatch and record the time. Repeat the process another 4 times with little rest in between. Record the other times and plot a graph to show the trend.

    Risks:
Racer might collapse out of thirst, so he mist get water to drink in between and after races.
His muscles might get cramped, so he needs to do a small warm up before the races.

    Independent Variable:
The amount of exercise you do.
    Dependant Variable:
Time taken to complete each run.
    Control Variables:
    Racer
amount of rest between races (keep short)

This is very helpful, how would you put this on a graph though and how would you do a results table?
