    Hi

I've moved this to the Teesside University forum. Have a look at the stickied threads and around the forum to find other students.

If you want to talk to other nursing applicants for any university then the Nursing and Midwifery is the place to look. Again there are stickied threads where most applicants have posted - join in the conversation there (the Healthcare forum that you posted this in is for other health professions)

Been offered a place for September 2017 studying MH nursing. Was pretty upset, as I already have a degree wasn't sure I'd get funding for a second. Turns out I can so am now pretty excited. Also gives me an extra year to build up some funds as well as gain some extra knowledge and experience. Anyone able to find a core reading list? Can't seem to find anything on the Teeside website. (I know it can't beat anything practical but was hoping to build up my own little library).

The maths is pretty basic sums. It's well worth doing some practice ones especially if you haven't done maths in a while. I'm in for the 2017 intake if I pass the occupational health

Thanks for that. When you say basic maths, do you mean in the summer class? And what's best to practice with? You should be fine with Occu health.

Pretty much multiplications, long division. Here is a link of a practice paper, it looks very similar to the one I sat:

    https://www.tees.ac.uk/sections/pass...testsample.pdf

I doubt it will be too dissimilar from this one.

I haven't yet had this information, or a response from my email to the above email, which I sent a month or two ago about this. I'm hoping to be in the Teeside area on the 3rd May so will attempt to see if I can gain this information from someone in person!

Oh dear, we're sorry about this Adam. If you send me your full name, UCAS number (and a copy of the email you sent if you have it) through a private message on here I'll ask for the health team to get in touch asap. Thank you! We're looking forward to you joining us
