    Haha I didn't have real abs, but I have literally more than doubled my intake kek

    Plan is as before. Small surplus, hit some lower rep work as well and see where I go

    Chose weights so I'll hit my estimated 5RMs from last week's 1RMs in about 2 weeks. Went a little heavier on deads as I thought my single last week was pretty sub-max - turns out 110x5 was the hardest of my sets today lol. Probably not helped by exclusively training deficits for a few months before wedding...
