    absolutely terrible session, technically got 2 rep records but only because i hadn't hit those weights yet. Weak bench, squats look ugly and weren't comfortable (even light warm ups) and got 0 deadlift reps where i shoulda got minimum 2

    Maybe I'll quit the gym and just run and do push/pull ups instead. Won't have to get up at silly o clock then either.....

    Regardless i had a few days' recovery and was still at my normal weight by this morning so idk if that explains the terrible session
