Realities of gaining a Training Contract/Pupillage watch

    • Thread Starter

There are endless thread with people in their final year at university and only now wondering whether they will actually get a training contract or pupillage.

I want to study Law, however from my understanding (work experience with various chambers and firms) it is FAR easier to get a TC or pupillage from a RG university.

However some people are adamant that university rankings do not matter and firms are not going to bother looking.

So my question is to those who have secured a training contract/pupillage how hard/easy is it, is there really no difference between graduating from say LSE and LJMU?

Also what are your opinions on the top 10 universities for law?
