Look into Anger management?
What do you call this? Anger problems.
I've never understood the whole kicking and hitting things when angry. Seems really juvenile.

It's childish yes, but it releases my anger...

Are you not slightly angry that you've got to piss around sorting out plaster? You could at least kick something decent, like a brick wall.

i know exactly how u feel, i have to throw stuff to release my anger.. i no longer have a remote control for my tv because of this lol!

i've always thought counselling wud b a good idea
Now you see I wanted a punchbag but my parents are all like "nowhere to put it blahblahblah" so I just go gym, running, tree climbing, anything with a high energy output and it's beneficial to my health and releases tension without agression or damage ^^

By the time I've drove to the gym I've lost all my anger. Sucks tbh.

I don't routinely hit things, but when chelsea scored in the final I punched my wall once.

It kinda hurt, but it was such a nice way to let my frustration out without going blue.

I'm guessing it's similar to self harm?

Aye!

I know it's pathetic and as suggested I should use something else to control anger - grr... >_< damn wall needs fixing without saying anything to my dad.

Or you could just cover the hole in newspapers, and pretend it was always that way... that way when you get angry again you could just punch the same place again.

Or you could fill it in with mud and plant some calming chrysanthemums to soothe your anger.
My ex was like this. Didn't seem to realise how scary it was to be around him or how much it cost him to replace those items he destroyed.

He was a moron who never tried to find solutions to problems. He just hit things instead, and professed how manly it made him.

I agree the gym does help calm me down alot when i'm angry but i can't usually be bothered to go
I do sometimes feel like hitting something but I like to hit things that dont hurt to hit so I usually go for a pillow or something. Either that or just pacing around helps release it.
