So I was at my youth club and some girl came up and said hi, I said "hi, what's your name" and she said "what?" giggled and walked away.

20 mins later my friends came up to me and said "you forgot about her, you knew each other for 2 years". I didn't know what to say and apparently she was quite angry. I just don't seem to understand.

How offensive is it to forget about someone like that, just wondering.

If you were pretty close, then I can understand why she felt that way.

You obviously didnt really know her for 2 years if you forgot about her.

If you cant even remember her, then she obvs wasnt of any importance to you
