    On the open day they said that if you got a band 1 they add 2 points to your interview score, if you got a band 2 they add 1 point.

    Just got an email from them saying that they start giving out interview offers on the 15th of this month, so some time next week. I wouldn't worry till then!

    Same as last year i think, they give out around 500 offers so if you get an interview you have a good chance.

    It depends on your UKCAT, they had a few combinations of people who received interviews last year on their website.

    All medical schools are competitive, though

    And really, 2564 applicants and 800 interviews, that means over 30% of applicants get interviews, which isn't too bad.
