My dears we all live on this planet and we seek peace at the same time. However, I'm an international student and want to continue my higher education. Unfortunately, my English Language isn't good enough. I have tried many times searching universities that grant conditional admission majoring in Linguistics, in which I can study English at ELI and then submit a new TOEFL score. Please if you have any experience or idea about don't hesitate.

Unfortunately you need a minimum English language test score in order to qualify for your UK student visa. Ultimately, it isn't up to the universities - if you don't reach the required standard, the government will not allow you to study here. You can't get into the UK to study and then pass the test afterwards. That's just not how it works.

If you can't pass the test, then you will definitely struggle on a postgrad course which is taught in the English language. All you can do is keep studying where you currently live, and keep taking the test until you get the score that you need.
