    Unfortunately there is a tendency to play down the prevalence of sexual violence within our culture.
    The crime survey questioning is flawed. It seems so difficult for people to comprehend that it's possible for a sexual act to occur, without consent but no crime is committed.

    It can't be well known that rape is under reported, it's believed by some people. They base this from a survey which as I said is flawed
