If I already got an A in the practical ISAs, can I get a A* overall after doing the individual test papers ( chemistry, biology and physics) ????

I think you will need minimum 360/ 400 UMS points to get an A* overall which is 90% of the total of e.g. B2 C2 P2 and ISA UMS points
