I'm studying at coventry city university, i'm close to the end of my first year.
I'm doing okay and yet to fail anything but i may still fail depending on these last few weeks. I've not enjoyed my course and don't want to study it next year at all, can i still apply for a loan to study something next year? I'm applying through UCAS, admittedly late i know, just to see if i can study something else. But i'm not sure what happens. Do i have to pay back my loan from my first year if i fail or pass before i can apply for a different loan? Any advice or information would be brilliant as i'm very stressed about it all.

No, you get a gift year so as long as you completed the year (whether you pass or fail doesnt matter) then you can just get a loan for another course without any problems
