I don't know which university to choose!

Hi I really need help with my decision. Basically I want to study Nutrition and Food Science and I am stuck between Reading and Leeds. Leeds is an amazing university and the social side seems great. However, the course at Reading is accredited which is a good thing I suppose. So basically, I don't know whether I should choose the university that has a better reputation and seems really social, or the course that is accredited? Help?
I think the course is the most important thing, and Reading is hardly in the middle of nowhere. I'm sure you will have just as good a time there as you would in Leeds. I don't think Leeds has a better reputation, I'd say they were equal.
