Use the facebook purity add-on, it removes so much spam and you'll see that you only need to check fb once a day. The only reason I still have fb is that I can still have some form of contact with old friends

Have stopped using fb since i became active on tsr. Fb rarely has anything intellectualy stimulating - its always just holiday /clubbing photos and cat videos. TSR is much better tbh.

I stopped using Facebook as it took up too much time but from now on I ll only have 20 friends so it won't be full of rubbish.

Yes fb is boring i don't go on it much or post anything. While at uni i found it very useful as we had a fb group page for our course so we all were discussing coursework and exams and helping each other out.

Also useful to keep in contact if you don't have their number.
