    I personally, don't.
But you can look at vocab from the specification and do practice papers. Also, do some french listening exercises as this will help you to pick up vocab easier.

For my French GCSE I'm just using Duolingo and making vocab lists from my units. Also , practice exam technique i.e. isolating verbs and adjectives and nouns and stuff like that for Reading . For reading , also learn to do stuff by process of elimination , if your french is awful ( comme mon français ) then learning stuff like "okay the answer has to be this because it's the only feminine adjective that's plural in this piece of prose" is helpful. Bon courage !

Try to watch as many interviews or speeches on YouTube as you can and see if you can understand what they are saying- politicians normally speak very clearly and not too quickly. Make sure you've covered all the key vocab areas- see if you can find interviews on these topics to listen to. If you can, listen to songs or watch movies in the language (with English subtitles if you need them).

As for reading, I would try a news outlet (e.g. France 24) and read lots and lots of their articles. Also, France 24 have a lot of interesting news clips you can watch online on a range of subjects.
