    Hi,
I am currently on 1st year of Bechelor Degree as EU student. I have been living and working in the UK from the end of 2010 till the end of 2014, then I went for a couple of months to Mexico and returned to the UK in October 2015. I can not provide any evidence for those months when I was on my 4 months vacations, as I have not pay any bills and have no activity on my english bank accounts. Thus, I lived with my family for the whole time in the UK. My family is here since 10yrs now. I was looking for a job after coming back from Mexico, but no results. Even more, I am 7 months pregnant now, so unable to work. I need maintenance loan to help me with living costs, as I can not study, work and take care of the Baby at the same time. Any ideas how I can apply for it? I have read that there are some exceptions on the residency rules, but I can not find any. HELP!

The rules for the maintenance loan are based on prior to your course.
