Hi, for my criminal moot my ground of appeal is:

The decision of R v Dica is restricted to the transmission of disease through sexual intercourse.

Im arguing against this, but I'm so confused on what to say ??? Any help please

Maybe look at the criticisms of the case and the consequences of the ratio, a starting point could be an interference with individual autonomy in respect of sexual relationships

I'm doing the same moot but for the grounds of appeal of:
The decision in R v Barnes 2005 is restricted to cases concerning injury sustained during regulated sporting matches.

    I'm junior respondent.
    Any help is appreciated
