Commercial law using SOGA 1979 - Delivered and damaged watch

    Hi there,

    I have a problem question in which goods are delivered under the Sale of Goods Act 1979, but have not yet been "accepted" by the buyer. One of the goods is then damaged by a third party, can anyone explain what happens in respect of wanting to reject the goods?
