I am resitting some of my chemistry exam F335 and F331. However I did my individual Investigation last year and got 43/45 after moderation. I am carrying forward my mark.
My Question is will my individual investigation coursework get moderated again and will the mark potentially go lower.

Whether it gets moderated or not depends if the moderator decides that they want to see your work. They are sent a list of scores and they pick the sample of students they wish to moderate. Usually the highest scoring candidate and lowest scoring candidate is always picked, along with a few from the middle. Although, I have heard of moderators who like to pick the second highest scoring candidate or second to least scoring candidate, so you never know whether or not you'll be picked.

As for the mark change, that depends on if your teacher marks your work correctly

Once again, depends on the moderator. The moderator does not know if your work was moderated last year or not and whether it went up or down. There is no guarantee.

Whether you get moderated or not shouldn't bother you anyways - you should just get the highest you can in your coursework and hope your teacher has marked it properly. Even if yours doesn't get sent off but your teacher is inaccurate, the moderator will pick it up and adjust all your marks - not just the sample.

I'm not familiar with this specification but I think you misunderstand the system. There are 6 units in Chemistry, and they are completely separate as far as re-sits go. If you are re-sitting Chemistry exam units then it has nothing to do with the coursework. Technically, the coursework is not being carried forward you just aren't re-sitting it. It won't be re-moderated.
