I have applied for two courses at UU Coleraine this fall and I'm looking into on-campus accomodation at Cranagh Village. On the accomodation page of their official website it mentions that accomodation applications are now live, but that
"If you have an insurance choice you can only apply for accomodation when that status has changed. "

I assume an insurance choice means a backup choice? I have recieved two conditional offers from Coleraine so I assume that I should be able to apply for accomodation now then?

When I attempt to register on the roomservice section of the website, it asks for a
Student Registration No. (Banner No.), what is this? Should I actually have one or do I need to call up the University and ask for one?

    Thanks in advance.

Your B number is your student number, you'll get it emailed to you soon. As for the insurance choice statement, it means that you need to have UUC down as your firm choice on UCAS to apply for accomodation
